The TB-500 guideUnderstand. Check. Ask. Bring your questions

Read the whole bill

What does it cost?

There is no supported official TB-500 price to quote. A care quote needs more than a headline.

In the US, medicines are reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration, known as the FDA.

Get the whole quote

  • Visit or membership charge.
  • Tests and any fee to review the results.
  • Any proposed medicine or supplies.
  • Follow-up and after-visit questions.
  • Delivery, renewal, and cancellation terms.

Use a written breakdown to compare the same things. Leave a blank beside anything the quote does not explain.

Read the quote beside the evidence

The price gap

Start by separating the cost of an assessment from the cost of any proposed product.

  • As of September 2026, TB-500 has no approved product, so there is no approved drug maker's list price or government price for it.
  • Ask for the assessment fee before arranging a visit.
  • Ask whether follow-up is included or billed separately.
  • Ask what is owed if the person treating you recommends another option.

Keep cost separate from evidence

A clear bill answers a money question. It does not answer whether a product works.

  • As of September 2026, the FDA has found no published human study of TB-500 to support its proposed uses.
  • Ask for the care options and their costs together.
  • Avoid comparing an assessment-only fee with a quote that includes several items.
  • Keep the written quote alongside your evidence questions.
